In defense of Taylor, she is a 15 year old girl and is, which I think is pretty normal for teenagers, feeling insecure because her best friend is making friend groups she's not a part of and she's worried she's going to lose her. So she's being insecure and jealous, which isn't great, but is still, I think normal. I also think that she has shown, throughout the last few episodes so far, that she's a loyal friend to Belly and really cares about her. She always seems to be there when belly calls her, she is trying to get her to be interested in someone other then Conrad, because she doesn't want him to hurt her, that dig she made at Conrad about looking in the mirror, that was her being defensive of her best friend, which I think is a good friend thing to do, also at the dinner table, when they were all making fun of Belly and telling embarrassing stories about her, she told embarrassing stories about them, which is some more good, defensive best friend stuff. Although, I don't think Belly did anything wrong, I think it was a pretty normal reaction, to finding your best friend and brother making out, the only thing I could think, she might have done wrong is accusing Taylor of making out with her brother simply because she was being petty, when she actually liked him.
