yes!! he also probably wants to see what the boundaries of his safety are. with dad any little move would lead to violence. now, he wants to see how far he can push and what it'll take for that safety to be broken and to feel in a place of violence again. he's testing things. maybe not even consciously but he does want to test how far he can push until something breaks. he needs to learn he is safe and he can trust, but that he has to be trustworthy too. i love his storyline so much!

Living at his dad’s and living at Joey’s is basically the polar opposite and he mistakenly took advantage of that. He obviously wasn’t used to being trusted, so you would think that he would dot all of his i’s and cross his t’s, but I realized it makes just as much sense for Craig to push his limits in a new environment
