2023-08-14 03:29:04 +0000 UTCWell, Marcel did torment, torture, control and kill the witches and werewolves, whole families and generations of them. Five years of peace, so long as they follow his rules, isn't really going to make them feel much different about him. Plus, the girl was under the Hollow's influence, much like Will was, so I'm not sure we can take everything she said at full, in her right mind, face value.
