I like the attempt of what they tried to cover this episode, but the execution sort of fell flat for me. I did enjoy Terri's storyline too, but that's my GIRL so lol Once the show really gets into bigger storylines that affect multiple characters, that's when you'll see immediate, consecutive follow-up. Off the top of my head, Season 4 does that very well. I do think though, that the goal is to have a true ensemble cast moving forward and I don't think the writers wanted to focus on the same character consecutively, at an attempt to spread the wealth. Granted, more characters get storylines than others (I'm looking at YOU Emma) but again, I do like the attempt at least lol
