I think this episode is cute tbh. Like you said, J.T. was surprisingly innocent here and i think that's an interesting way they wrote his character. Like, he tries to do drugs and flirt with a teacher, but he actually is an idiot and thought he was high in the finale last season and he actually is cute with his crush on the teacher (eh, as cute as that can be). He tries acting all big and bad with girls, but he's adorable on his date with Paige and sweet to Ms. Hotsolakis (??). J.T. is my favorite of the core 4 (manny, emma, jt and toby) and that's one of the reasons.

I've only watched had 1 single watch through of the entire series and then some YouTube compilations, but besides that this is a second time watch for me, and I really do not remember a lot from Seasons 1-2. But I do remember liking Sean, and totally forgot about some of the things he did in these past few episodes and how I went upon liking him in the future because at this point in the show he's done enough for me to dislike him currently.

Cause there's another point in the series that I definitely was NOT a fan, but didn't think it started this early. This Sean is very much not it lol (sorry for the vagueness, trying to avoid being indirectly spoilery haha)

2023-08-26 20:34:24 +0000 UTCidk i always didnt understand why everyone liked Sean. He has good moments, like any other degrassi character there are ups and downs, but he was always one of my least favorite male characters in the first class.

I remember liking his character in the first couple seasons, but I kind of have hated him these past two eps tbh. And I think JT just might have been saying that balloon boobs was Ms. Hatzilakos (I think that's how you spell it lol) Jimmy and Spinner are so dumb, but very entertaining lol
