I'm definitely very intrigued by the mystery we've got going on but I AM disappointed in one thing from this show - Wednesday's bad relationship with her mom. The Addams family is meant to be the exact opposite of "normal", right down to the family members all loving and accepting each other for who they are. Everytime they say that the mom wants to turn Wednesday into a version of herself, my brain goes "nooooo. Morticia Addams would encourage her kids to be exactly who they are". I get that there needs to be a reason for Wednesday to be at Nevermore but I'm a little let down that they sacrificed the relationship with the mom for that.
