Juliette has moments where she fully embraces being a Hexenbiest, but then there are small instances of emotions from memories that slip out such as the jealousy and the blame for what happened to her and since she is still new to this life her reactions are extreme. The comment of her being a five-year-old with a loaded gun are quite accurate. Those that were involved in Nick becoming a Grimm again all feel some type of guilty for the situation and blame themselves, but I don't see Juliette taking responsibility for her choice in the matter.

It can be even more of a problem when it just happens to you and you haven't been preparing for it since childhood. I don't think I can really say anymore without spoiling you though.
