Bridget (Juliet) was already planned for good luck charlie, hence why she's here cause they usually put lead actresses in shows before their show premieres to test how audiences like them. Selena was in Suite Life (you'll see her soon) and Hannah Montana before Wizards. She was actually supposed to be in a show with the actor that plays Arwin ad he was her dad, but it didnt pan out. Starting from now on, Wizards has tons of multiple part episodes like this one :) it was always a HUGE deal and such a fun time for disney.

You are correct that this is the start of a four episode arc, which is probably why you got the feeling that it was setting up for something else. Just not for a spinoff, but for the Justin and Juliet arc/Vampire arc/however you wanna call it. And yeah, Juliet is great XD.

2023-02-19 03:11:16 +0000 UTCthe reason it was cut was because disney felt the scenes with juliets family (drinking blood, sleeping in coffins, walking through graveyard) was too dark so they axed it from the disney+ release, so every scene in the basement with her and her family waking up is gone and so is the scene of her and justin walking through the graveyard. a lot of max’s jokes were also cut but i think that was mostly so it would fit in a 22 minute regular episode time frame

Right now they are on episode 2 of Season 1. Jenifer Stone is now a nurse in Burbank, California. It's very good. Anyway, I love this episode.
