I'm a really big B99 fan, love almost the entire series. But it has had a tiny handful of weaker episodes, and for me this is one of them. Nothing terrible in it, just that (for me) the whole Captain Latvia thing doesn't quite spark to life, and then the singing business kind of fizzles out.
