I just wanted to say that I had never watched or heard of your channel before, but I was so desperate to find ANY reaction to this amazing show that I subscribed to your Patreon just for it... and I've loved both of these videos! FYI, "Mrs." is pronounced "Misses" not "Miss". Also, Lenny Bruce (the comedian in the tan coat who Midge bailed out) is a real person. He was originally only going to be in the Pilot, as a sort of cameo for people who know the history, but they really liked Luke Kirby's performance and decided to make him a recurring character. And yes, it is disturbing seeing all the unfair expectations and double standards Midge has to deal with as a woman in the 1950s. Joel is ludicrously, unanimously in the wrong. Luckily, one of the main topics of this show is the upheaval and questioning of traditional gender norms heading into the 1960s. Finally, to whoever is sponsoring this: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE keep requesting episodes. There are NO other reactions to Maisel, and I think that's a travesty. I would sponsor it myself, but there aren't any slots left in that tier.
