Remember this season was affected by the writers strike which impacted the ways in which storylines are going to be handled and wrapped up with some not even being fully realized like that one.

2023-05-17 21:55:45 +0000 UTCShe was wearing the necklace there was even a scene in this episode where it said her father gave it to her. I'm pretty sure it's implied that Lex killed her as he was seen wiping the blood off the necklace in the last scene.
