I feel like it’s kind of hypocritical of Peter to reap the rewards of what Neal did while condemning him for doing it. Like if you’re so against it then give up the job. Instead not only did he get out of jail but also got a promotion, but then turned around and made the guy that helped him get in his position lose his job.

2025-02-10 05:19:39 +0000 UTCI love that you always call Hagan Crowley. I did the same when I watched this for the first time. I feel bad for both Neal and Peter. They both knew Peter didn't deserve to be in prison, but because Peter is so honest and really believes in the law he is now so conflicted. And Neal knows he was right to do what he did regardless of how it had to happen.He feels guilty about his father doing what he did and really does seem to consider both Peter and Elizabeth friends. But you could see he also felt hurt by Peters reactions. I agree the tension between them was great.Whether they are working together or against each other their chemistry is so good and is one of the main reasons this show works so well.
