2023-06-20 11:21:11 +0000 UTCI'm honestly not a fan of the last 2 seasons, I mean they had their moments and did some interesting stories, but in general, I prefer to think of this episode as the ending, coz it's beautiful, emotional, and a good story. Though technically open-ended(which usually I dont prefer), it still gives us all the closure we needed. Honestly, kinda goes very downhill from here for me, but I'm not gonna spoil anything. *Also, the last scene *cheff's kiss*. Still makes me tear up...

This finale was intended to be a soft series finale, as they didn't know if they gonna have even one more season or not, hence END BOOK ONE thing as a nod to the original material and as a signifier of an end of The Earth era of the show. They wanted to do something that works as a satisfying series finale and also leaves room for continuation.
