I had a classmate who smelled too. Kids were mean to him. I was sat next to him so I could barely breathe during lessons but I was never mean to him. He was nice. Very quiet guy. I think it might have been a medical condition or something? His clothes were literally stained yellow and it almost stained the seats sometimes...felt really badly for him. Hope it's sorted for him now.

2023-06-17 05:05:32 +0000 UTCthis episode stuck with me cause i remember when i was a kid people made fun of this kid who smelled really bad, but it's just cause he was living in a car with his family...he clearly didn't get to shower often or wash his clothes. I always hated how much people would judge him and be rude to him. I get that it's just a joke, but even as a kid i always disliked how they were mean to the guy. And it just made it seem okay to make fun of people when you don't know the story. I wish they gave a better reason for his stinkiness so the story wrapped up with a better moral, but it's just a kids show.

2023-06-16 04:10:47 +0000 UTCbig yikes at the early 2000s of it all with the girl being grossed out by a guy in makeup. gotta love that /s *sigh* oh well at least the message of the episode was good and raven is such a self-aware character. like this is a huge theme throughout, she does something and then immediately realizes it's wrong and wants to make it right. it's a message a lot of these kids/teens shows try for and fail because it just doesn't always feel genuine. with that's so raven, it feels really genuine
