I liked how we focused in on Hotch as sort of the quintessential FBI agent (bc he really is tbh) and how that defines him, how it holds him back, etc. John Lightfoot is one of my favorite characters to help out on a case and he stole the show for me. I liked how he convinced Hotch to ditch the guns on the reservation and that Hotch respected his wishes… for the most part. I think it really mostly had to do with being on the reservation and not using guns as a weapon for the mere facts that they are guns and they represent something entirely different. I think there was a green screen when they were talking about the kinds of cults that have existed. They showed some “infamous” examples while Reid and Morgan were talking if I remember correctly.
