Also, I will not stand for the bubblegum slander. I'm with Nick on this one. And, yeah, Carhartt 🤭🤭 it's become a thing cuz Nick's actor Kit started becoming a Carhartt enthusiast after this. I think he might even model for them??? I have no clue. We see him with it all the time. Iconic.

2024-08-03 14:23:25 +0000 UTCI really love that Nick has sort of rekindled his friendship with Tara and that he now officially has queer friends. That is so important for a queer person. The YouTuber Nick was watching is a real content creator who DOES talk about LGBTQIA+ issues on his channel, but Alice (Heartstopper creator, They/Them pronouns) had him film that particular video Nick was watching specially for the show. Darcy is super extra, but I haven't found her annoying yet. Those homophobic girls would have shut up so fast if Tara had just walked up and asked "we got a problem?" I feel so bad for Tara, though. It sucks to hear and see all that crap when you just wanna be happy and free. I love so much that Charlie is SO understanding of Nick - not only his journey to discover his sexuality, which doesn't happen overnight, but the complexities of breaking away from a toxic friend group, his situation previously with Imogen, and also how he obviously isn't ready to kiss in public after just a few weeks. It sucks that he understands a lot of it because of what he went through when he was outed, but it's good that Nick has someone so kind and understanding in his life.
