I never liked Jake. Even though he's only been in two episodes, there was no growth. There was no build up or positive change to have Miley suddenly start liking him. I also agree that Miley is a terrible friend. Hannah Montana's another show where I like everyone more than the main character.

I also wanna say that Miley is one of the worst friends on Disney Channel. Even Alex is at least loyal to Harper. Miley not only dismisses Lilly often and states her own problems, she also purposely tries to steal her date??? After knowing how much Lilly likes Jake and has talked about him all the time. I don't even like Jake, but Lilly clearly did (even if for shallow reasons) and Miley rolled her eyes all the time and then tried to snuff him as soon as he asked lilly out. It's disgusting and this isn't the first time Miley has been very rude to lilly.
