They don't always do two-parters unless they feel they have a genuinely great idea/storylines that need more time, but I do agree I wish they did them more as they tend to be the best parts of the show. This is a classic one, mainly the Perry/Doof story which is hilarious stuff. The time travel element is explored in much detail later too.
