Yes, Amy and Terry are now the same rank. Amy is sergeant in charge of uniformed (lower-ranked) officers, on the ground floor, while Terry remains sergeant in charge of detectives, on an upper floor. (It doesn't automatically happen that she would get assigned in the same precinct as before, in fact it's statistically pretty unlikely, but it happened to work out this way because we don't want to see her leave the series. :) )
