I never found that terrible and it certainly doesn’t make her terrible as a person. But alas opinions are different I suppose.

2023-11-16 08:31:31 +0000 UTCremember dan got karen pregnant during their senior year of high school. that makes him about 18 years older than lucas and all of his friends. at this point in the show rachel is about 24/25....which would make dan about 43. still quite an age difference but not as much of a gap as you think. lol the adults on this show have always been younger, which i've always found interesting. even back in seasons 1-4, most of the parents/adult characters would've still been in their 30s.
