2023-12-08 07:09:58 +0000 UTCYou're watching the Tess part of the show with half opened eyes, that why it seems random too you. You have to remember that Tess has access to everything Lex had. She said she read his diary but that is probably a lie, its way more than that. Lex had an entire room about Clark and that was only season 1 or 2. He moved it yes but most likely just put all that evidence elsewhere so Clark couldn't see it. Imagine how much more he accumulated through the years. Now Tess knows all of it. Plus, she already knew earlier in the season that Clark was hiding something because of his terrible lying skills. Anyone in her position would think what she is thinking now. The part I didn't like is the risk she took to find out the truth. She's free to ask him, which is fine, but if he doesn't tell you then she should have let it go. It's actually none of her business because it's something personal and she not part of his personal life. I felt she was way out of line for what she did.

Now granted why she thought he would spill his secret and all they have is a boss/employee relationship I'll never know. But as you said, she's crazy. Still I always enjoyed seeing she gave him a chance before she went nuclear.

2023-11-27 15:46:30 +0000 UTCYh i know the writing hasn't been the best but Here are some clarifications of some grievances you had (1) The nobody being in that wing of the hospital being a problem. This was explained by Davis in the very next scene when he says "The staff was scattered all around looking for him(guy davis brought in)" but even prior to that it is pretty common especially times like after midnight where certain wings of the hospital is dead and empty, but even without that info you could suspend disbelief cuz it truly wasn't that big of a deal imo. (2) In regards to Tess being weird... That was also to be expected due to the first scene with chloe and clark on the farm house where Chloe states that Tess now has all of lex's stuff after he died and to be careful of her because she might know something. The implication throughout those scenes were that she might know something in regards to Clark's secret, or at least with all the info given that is what the audience is supposed to be thinking while watching those scenes. Also to answer your Tess question from the post ep discussion, Yes, since her arrival on the show they've gradually indicated her progressive interest in Clark, Remember the whole bus accident in like episode 2 of this season and Clark saving Tess (a wealthy woman randomly taking public transportation)? That wasn't on accident. I think you just missed alot of these connecting points over many episodes (3) In regards to you thinking Davis is dumb for having a body in his ambulance. Yes without context... Stupid Move, but we already know Davis kills impulsively to suppress the beast inside. This wasn't a methodical murder it was done on the fly and at a place where he works no less, so of course he would hide the body in the only place he could his ambulance. And also it only occurred the night before jimmy found body (less than 24hr) in which time Davis was also taken into custody by police, went to work and it was daytime so he couldn't just drop the body off. All these were very good reasons imo as to why that body would be there. Oh yah and Tess is an INSANE lady. Strap her up and throw away the key. she def did that to see if Clark had powers. I don't think you caught the slip up by Clark where he confirmed there was only one parachute while Tess knew full well there was 2. All this adds to the suspense for us as the audience in regards to whether she knows or doesn't know. Buuuuuuut.... she's CRAZY!!
