i totally agree. I think a good argument for Justin would be he was traumatized by Juliet dying and so he's faster and clingier with rosie? But yeah, i kind of think Justin changed more than Alex tbh. Alex was always obsessed easily with guys (riley, dean, mason).

2023-12-06 22:58:49 +0000 UTCWe know that you dislike Alex this season and Alex with Mason, but I still maintain that Alex was never out of character in her relationship with Mason. Justin being distracted from his teaching job because of this random girl IS out of character for him and Alex has a right to tell him so. Alex being distracted by Mason is typical - Justin being distracted by Rosie isn't. Even with how much he LOVED Juliet, that never interfered with his wizard studies. But yes, sometimes storylines continue and things might make more sense. Sometimes it doesn't lol but unless Rosie disappears next episode, there might be more there!

2023-12-01 01:06:11 +0000 UTCI personally think Bailee (maxine) works better as being Max, cause otherwise it'd be annoying and out of nowhere if some random girl lives with them. Maxine's lines also work well as being Max. Bailee understood Max's character perfectly and delivered them the same as he would. I think if Maxine was just a random girl and replaced max while Jake was on a break, it would make less sense. I think what makes her funny is that she is him.
