i think a lot of shows today try so hard to go dark and heavy but miss the mark on talking about some of these struggles in a realistic age appropriate way teenagers can connect and identify with.

2024-03-14 01:15:41 +0000 UTCthis is one of my favorite episodes. any shawn centered episode gets me in my emotions but this one is just really well done! i say it all the time but i really feel like sometimes the 90s and early 2000s were more groundbreaking when it comes to certain topics than even modern day things and that's really a shame. i'm thankful for growing up with these shows that didn't shy away from this lessons and conversations.
