2024-03-30 22:10:29 +0000 UTCalso just a tip - instead of looking at this show being along the likes of ER or house, look at it as being along the likes of one tree hill or glee. I think where you're getting hung up a bit is expecting things to play out in a 100% realistic manner and have characters face realistic consequences. but the actions that take place in grey's are to move a story along/forward. think of it like how at the start you wanted derek to face some sort of reprocussions for dating an intern when derek and meredith's drama is a core part of the season. it's stuff just happens for the sake of a story. mr. shue would have 100% gotten in trouble for blackmailing a student into joining his glee club but for the sake of the story, it was a plot device and he didn't. grey's can be a serious show with serious topics that get handled well. but i think if you compare it to more of a soapy drama and less of a serious medical drama, it'll be more enjoyable.

I liked her and Denny together and I still do but she really lost her marbles here and she should face the consequences of it.

2024-03-30 12:56:35 +0000 UTCI understand you saying Izzie should be arrested but like Bailey said to the Chief, they had to speak in hypotheticals because if it was reported the hospital would lose the ability to do transplants. If Bailey called the police on Izzie it would be reported to the transplant board. Right or not Bailey and Richard are trying to protect the hospital by not immediately reporting her.

2024-03-30 08:40:20 +0000 UTCthis is a medical drama. all of shondra's shows have a TON of messy drama. it's not meant to be realistic, it's meant to be entertaining. there's a reason grey's was such an iconic show and millions would tune in every week. it's like a high stakes, high intensity soap opera. that's the best way to look at it. it's not supposed to be a seriously realistic show. it's just meant to be a wild, wild ride
