Self Love x Highest Good Shadow Work Prompt

Good afternoon moon babes! Happy April! I wanted to post a tarot spread today but the more I was thinking about what I wanted to share the more I thought a shadow work moment would fit the bill better. Today’s theme is self love, self acceptance, and working towards the best version of yourself. You could journal on these questions, sit down and meditate on them, even do divination with them if you’d like.

Question 1 -Do you notice yourself falling into negative self talk? If so can you pinpoint any similarities in the talk, if something triggers that voice to be louder/meaner/ more persistent than others?

Question 2-And if so how you might quell that voice from being so loud every time it comes out making it turn into a whisper than not even a thought.

Question 3- When you look in the mirror do you wish to change physical attributes about yourself or personality traits? What is the immediate response to this question.

Question 4 - If it’s physical, drill down on if it’s a cosmetic change that you just feel you wish to change that might make you feel better, or truly a change within yourself you’d like to implement

Question 5. Do I act in alignment with the best version of myself most days? Do I show up as that person already

Question 6 - What do you need to change to make your current everyday life look more like your dream life. What does “that” version of you do in their free time, do they go on walks, meditate, cleanse regularly? What is important to them that you can implement more slowly into your life that will become everyday habit?

Question 7 - When you are faced with adversity how do you react immediately, and how do you react after diversity has passed. Do you allow it to consume you, maybe you freeze up, or excel. Stress can breed a lot of things, how you allow it to manifest in yourself and your spirit is important.

Word From Stass- Also to MYSELF BC - If you are looking into certain aspects of yourself, and you notice that they aren’t of your highest good, or helping obtain goals or make positive changes. Either you haven’t focused on making the literal changes, or you haven’t identified whats holding you back yet to make those changes.
