Call Down My Ancestors Blend & Spell

Good morning moon babes! Because Samhain is so close I wanted to share a blend you could create and dress a white candle (or bathe in) to call your ancestors down and deepen your connection to them. This prayer I created and truly adore and pray you all feel your ancestors surrounding you while you do this ritual. You can make this into a plethora of different workings so feel free to utilize this blend in any way you’d like! I personally like it with a 7 day candle and then I'll take a 3 day bath with the blend as well and a month after the original lighting of the candle re- make the blend into a sachet that is hung on the ancestral altar.

Things You'll Need (pick 5-6)

-White 7 day candle

-Bowl to mix herbs

-Loose tobacco 

-Marshmallow Leaf

-Mugwort

-Beet Root

-Rosemary

-Juniper

-Marrigold

-Vervain

-Blue lotus

-Myrrh

-Bay Laurel

-Spirit Ancestor Oil 

Prayer To Call Down Your Ancestors Of Your Highest Good-

My Beloved Ancestors both known and unknown please hear my prayer,

I call upon you with love, reverence, peace, and wanting to connect.

I call down and welcome those both known and unknown of my highest good and similar moral standing.

Those who wish to be venerated, who will aid in healing, protection, and growth for both myself and you.

I pray that my ancestors who are of a pure heart and good intent feel welcome here.

Please guide me with your wisdom, surround me with your strength and energy.

I pray you teach me lesions you learned in life and steer me away from things that will hinder my path.

With our work I intended to uplift our familial line,

I will honor the struggles, trials, and tribulations you endured and continue to, 

I will cherish the loving and protective energy you carry, I hope to live out the dreams you could not with the help of your light.

I pray I might walk forward carrying your hopes with grace and dignity.

To my ancestors I thank you for watching over me, guiding me, and reminding me I'm never alone through decision and everyday life.

With love, respect, and gratitude I open up my space and these offerings up to your name.
