I dunno... for someone sporting a prolapse of such magnificent size, the girl's facial expression should be more on the lewd side, as opposed to freightened/appalled frown of a total debuttante drawn here. Unless it's work of magic, you can't develop such a beaver tail and still be that reluctant to the idea of anal stretching. I suggest to leave the eye expression as it is, but give her an anxious yet morbidly curious smile or something in that vein.
