Could you do Catgirl Hanekawa from Monogatari? She's wearing the top half of her cat-pattern pajamas from the references, with a diaper instead of the pajama pants. She just woken up and is sitting up in bed. She has a very wet and messy diaper (not hyper, just well used), and is sitting on top of a small mattress protector.
