Unfortunately we did not make the deadline for a 2023 chapter 2.0 release. We just don't have enough art right now to finish the big beach chapter-end content. And even if we did just get the art done in time, I'm going to be busy during the holidays with family and friends. Don't blame the artists please they do their best and without them this game would be nothing and trust me the art is gonna be worth waiting for.
All I can say now is I'm really sorry if I got too many hopes up, and I still can't thank you enough for the interest in MGFF, I promise I'll have an updated "Update Graph" before the year is up to show exactly where we are in development.
In the meantime please enjoy Mia getting Motorboated, I know you deserve more.

Every westerner's (myself included) productivity dips in December. And honestly, I'm kind of glad. If it didn't, it would mean one of two things: either you're slacking the rest of the year as well, or you're not taking time out during the holiday season when we all should. I'll be disappointed if I don't see a January release, but nothing in December is no great mystery.
