Maybe I'll add some of the answers here: the "alliance heroes" serve same purpose as the Meteor of FFXIV trailers, the placement for the player's character, but there are 3 as there are 3 factions player can join; Regarding Breton in Elsweyr, by now he's a necromancer hence the magic spells & change into bone goliath (all in marketing line so to speak as necromancer was new playable class added with that chapter); Similarly in Morrowind trailer, warden with bear companion is featured as it was added playable class; Lyris Titanborn is half nord half giant so yep, a big bitch :-) And as far as players are concerned, she's returning character as she was part of base game's main story arc. And on late remark about them now being A team, OG story revolves about each faction warring for control of Imperial Thorne (base game trailers) aka Three Banner War, through stories that focus on territory of one of them (Almer being feature in Summerset chapter, Nord in Greymoore) to larger than life threats that require unison or threats that are problem for everyone (High Isle chapter where Ascendant Order wants to kill faction leaders who were summon there for peace talks to end Three Banner War).
