Did you know YouTube allows content creators to upload multiple thumbnails for one video? It's called A/B testing. It's a really cool feature however, it means you have to make more thumbnails for your videos. I've got a "B" set for these two too.

P.S. Has anyone noticed I've added more Orange to my YouTube set!? The Batman video, I added another layer of Orange, the thumbnail holds the answer.

To be honest, I was done with the Orange influx as I already had the best pair of headphones I could have ever wanted but then... Dyson dropped this brand new babies with tech just a fraction better than my B&O's. I checked them out, fell in love with them and then I discovered they did them in Orange!! Instant buy. To be honest, the headphone cushions were sent to me for free, I don't know if it was a mistake or not but I thought that was fate saying, go on... Add some more orange to the YouTube set. What I love about it all is I've been inspired to create a new T-shirt design to add to the Merch of the channel. Might even do some giveaways of it once it's ready. Creators should be using AB Testing as it allows you to see what your audience is looking at when it comes to your thumbnails so you can gauge the videos performance. I'm currently apart of a select group with YouTube and they were teaching us on it this week in fact. Some interesting facts! The Orange mic filter is a windshield. 👍🏻

2024-10-13 06:29:54 +0000 UTCI noticed the orange, as in the mic's pop filter (or whatever the exact name is). Striking enough it got my attention, but I didn't know you would go for an orange colour theme in your equipment ^^. Also, the thumbnails, I know there is this A/B function, but I never used it for any uploads I do. It probably is a neat feature, has merit and all, seeing how many uploader I'm subscribed to use it, but in my personal experience, I find it more distracting - or rather confusing - when going through my video/subscription feed, as a viewer. I watch a video, and a few hours later the uploader changes the thumbnail and I think it is a new video, but I already watched it and just the thumbnail changed. Gets my excitement up for a new video release, which then transforms into disappointment when I notice it's just the same video I recently watched already. Well, not *that* dramatically bad as it sounds, but you get what I mean. And so, I also don't use it myself.
