So happy to hear about your Mum fella. My goodness. What a comment you've left here. Games are such a powerful tool for storytelling. I love it. It's also way more real because you are playing as that character. Wowza.

2025-10-08 10:27:21 +0000 UTCThe final May scene destroyed me when I first played it. At the time, my mom was going through treatment for leukemia and I wasn't sure if she'd make it. May in this game reminds me so much of her and seeing that scene caused me to cry for like a whole week. It was way too real at the time and it wrecked me. I still cry at the scene. And don't worry, my mom is doing fine now. Even making the effort to work out and be more healthy. And I was kind of able to do what Peter couldn't because they had me produce and then harvested stem cells from me that allowed her body to make new bone marrow and fight the leukemia.

I love Tom's movies but the original face was nice because it made the game's world feel distinct. The original also conveyed the emotion so much better, the new face is so flat during the best scenes.
