HOW TO FILL OUT THE RELEASE:
You must use our release form that says "Yes! I want to join Babes and Shutterbugs" at the top. You can print out the release and fill it out by hand or fill it out digitally on your computer or smartphone.
HOW TO GET YOUR RELEASE TO US:
Send your release to coordinator@babesandshutterbugs.com along with a copy of your ID. It's super easy!
Please note, scans or photos of all documents must be CLEAR AND LEGIBLE.
