I have received nothing and had no communications about it. Chased early sept. and got reply: "it seems our fulfillment partners haven't actually sent your order out yet. We'll follow up with them this week" - I received no follow up information after this reply. Chased again a month later and got reply: "I'll go chase down that email in our customer support account and get back to you ASAP! In the meantime, I've just reached out to our fulfillment partners to see what in the world is going on with your order as it *does* appear that it should have shipped a while ago" - 2 weeks later they have NOT got back to me and I still know nothing about my order. Don't know who these fulfillment partners are but they seem really bad at their job.
