While it's not charismatically good practice to make jokes that offends the recipient, Donut's joke/quip probably wouldn't offend Carl as he's probably gotten used to considering her young but developing mental maturity. Besides, it's good banter =]

Tbh I am completely lost with all the different stations and tracks and portals. Would be super useful to have a map or, if that is too hard just an information table would be great that lists what is happening at all the major stations and lines.

Which will than involve the daughters trying to kill him while he tremors to avoid killing them because of morals. Personally I think it’s ok to kill someone trying to kill you but we will see how this goes.

By getting a crazy reaction from Carl or Donut, they would've gotten a lot more views/followers/favorites and probably loot or interview opportunities. Hekla is very opportunistic and cold hearted.
