I can just make her head bigger if I need to. At this point if I need to make proportions look kind of weird for the sake of making the overall anim better im all for it, and yeah, I can definately hike up the skirt for the 2nd set.

If there is an "ahegao" change like on other characters, maybe use the bottom one with her mouth open if it will fit on that sprite (without her tongue out)? Skirt lift in the second phase would also be perfect, assuming it's not a pain in the ass to do.
