H-Counter
Added 2018-02-03 20:19:02 +0000 UTCFinally got a counter of sorts for H attacks, which will allow me to start working on enabling 2nd stage anims to work for TOBF. Getting it to work for 2v2 is probably going to be the difficult part, and it was a pain getting this far as it is because of MUGENs limitations
