Uhhhh, that upgrade is more like a computer replacement actually. XD The only things I'm not changing is my screen and amp/speakers; those are excellent. Though I do consider getting one of those ultrawide screens, and keeping the current one as a secondary. Would be super useful. Anyway, parts! CPU: AMD FX-8370 (wanted to get a 9590 at first, but cooling that beast is too hard, so maybe some other time when I can afford a good water cooler [I already bought a Noctua NH-D14], so I'll just try overclocking the 8370 to 4.5 gHz; won't be much of a difference) GPU: GTX 980 made by Asus. Fun fact: My last GPU died a couple months before, and I now have to use the crappy onboard one. Yay. Not. Also 32 GB of RAM, a Sound Blaster Z, and also already changed my keyboard and mouse. Oh right, and an Aerocool DS 200 case. Awesome. OH OH, and replacing my current ~10 year old 750 GB HDD with a 4 TB Hitachi. Yes. YEEESSSSS.

2016-06-22 17:33:23 +0000 UTCLOL, you are the first person to notice the horribly '70s curtain. XD Or at least the first one to point it out! I have a thing for designs of those times. ._. I have no idea what this room is supposed to be, but I wanted it to feel like a sauna or something, and be all warm and cozy. So I guess mission complete! On a side note, this took over 4 hours to render. ._. Problematic lighting, and lots of reflective surfaces do that to your rendertimes! I also experimented with caustics (direct light reflecting off of the floor in this case; right now it's purely diffuse) - looked great, but increased the rendertime by about 25-30%. So yeah. That was a nope. This is the kind of stuff I need a better comupter for. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOON And thank you! :D

There are a handful I've seen that have breath thanking views behind them. That's what I feel a selfie should capture. Its not about just yourself, but to capture a moment in time that you wish to remember. I want to think Adreea remembers this particular room from childhood. It appears to me as if it was a grandparent's sweatbox that she would have played in when she was younger. It has beautiful lighting. I can't wait for your new computer parts. We're seeing all these amazing pictures now. I wonder how far you can go with the new upgrades.
