Update on Laptop Situation

Woke up this morning feeling quite pissed off. This whole situation with Amazon has been absolutely fucking ridiculous!
Here’s a screenshot of the tracking history of these dumb assholes over at OnTrac that apparently don’t know how to do their job right.
I ordered this laptop on the 21st with the sole intention of receiving two days later, BECAUSE the shipping said it would arrive in two days.
These lying bastards said that they were given the wrong address and that’s why the package couldn’t be delivered, and... THEY LIED
The package has always had the right address. Then I was supposed to receive the package today, and they come up with some bullshit on how the package has been mishandled at the wrong facility. Keep in mind I still haven’t even got my DAMN refund of 686 dollars they charged me, when amazon charged me twice for these laptops.
So I call up amazon, and stupid NeverONTRACC and they tell me bullshit about how the package is going to the right facility tonight. And I’ll get my refund in 2-5 business days. I’m telling you if I don’t see that money in my account, and don’t have that laptop at my door with a little “I’m sorry for sucking ass at my job”, I am going to raise hell on Ontracc and Amazon.
They’re not professional, and the handling of this situation is horrendous. And I’m tired of it. Have a shit load of commissions and voice overs I have to get done, and I have nothing to do with them with because of poor management and accountability by these fools.
If the laptop does not arrive tomorrow, I will be filling a huge FAT ASS complaint and spreading these on every social media until there’s proper repercussions. Cause I’ve had enough of these pricks.
To everyone who has commissioning go out this month, cross fingers that laptop comes tomorrow. Commissions will still be done and complete, though with this bullshit please work through this with me. This situation has got me heated beyond words.

I dunno which means of contact you use for Amazon cs but I've always gotten stellar results speaking with them via chat vs on the phone. It's easier to just put everything out there at once for them vs having to listen to them try to recap what I'm asking about in a way that fits the script boards they have and go through it 3 or 4 times 😤
