If You Give a Pixie a Cookie...

Aico was still asleep, the lazy bug. She was a snorer, disturbing the peaceful quiet with her sleepy squeaks. But the noise was comforting. Tix loved her sleepovers with her friend…
Wait. This softness underneath her body… this wasn’t her nest. Or Aico’s. Tix opened her eyes, blinking away some eye-sand. Right. She and Aico were in the human’s flat-tree. They’d eaten a ton of lump-berry, and then… the human.
Tix bolted upright, heart pounding. The human! The human had returned and- and… actually, the human hadn’t done much, had it? Tix pulled her legs underneath her, thinking back to before she had fallen asleep. Let’s see… the human had found them, stuffed silly with berry, and then… it had carried them out of the food area, and then… it had brought a magic sleep-surface that had made Tix and Aico drift off to sleep. The same surface that the two pixies were still on top of.
The now fully-awake Tix examined the space around her. Nothing else had been brought around them. The human was nowhere to be seen. And Aico was still fast asleep, not having noticed Tix’s momentary distress. Huh. The human had just let them sleep? Hadn’t Ferne said that humans were dangerous? And that they’d do awful things to bad little pixies that got caught? But… giving Tix and Aico such a wonderful bed to sleep on, even after they ate so much of their food… that wasn’t very bad at all.
Tix crossed her arms, thinking. Ferne was super old. Like, way super old. She was so super old that she must know a lot of things. That’s what Tix believed, anyways. But… maybe she was wrong? Tix glanced over at Aico. She wished her best friend was awake, but Aico was an owl, not a sparrow. She wouldn’t wake up until way late.
The smaller pixie watched the gentle rise and fall of Aico’s belly. It was still slightly round, showing just how much lump-berry she had managed to eat. Or that Tix made her eat. Tix giggled, remembering Aico’s beautiful belly. She patted Aico’s current belly, feeling how it was still a bit hard. She hoped Aico would let Tix feed her again…
Suddenly, Tix’s own tummy began to growl. She hadn’t eaten nearly as much, so her belly must have been able to empty out. But what was making it so hungry? Tix sniffed the air, letting her impish nose do its work. Along with some residual berry smell from where Tix had spilled on herself, there was… something else. Something that smelled warm and earthy and sweet and DELICIOUS!
Tix’s wings began to act with a mind of their own, lifting Tix off the sleep-surface and in the direction of the warm smell. It was coming from the same entrance hole that Tix had passed through to find Aico before. Tix zipped through, her nose as her guide and her belly as her brain.
On the other side of the hole, Tix ended up in a massive space. Not quite as large as the space she had just come from, but still very large. It had a raised surface, just like the one the sleep-surface had been set on. It also had a number of the not-as-high surfaces set around it, and more of the higher surfaces along one edge of the space without the lower surfaces beside them. These other surfaces had a lot of weird things on them. Some containers like the ones in the food area, some metal and wooden things, even some strange plants. But, more noticeable than anything else, the human was in this room.
It was sitting on one of the lower surfaces, holding one of the leather-bound things from the other space open in its hands. Its eyes moved left to right, left to right, left to right, left to- Tix had to force herself to stop watching them. They just kept going and going! Eventually, the human moved something inside of the leather binding, then resumed its eye movement.
The pixie watched the human cautiously. Even though she was pretty sure the human wasn’t going to do anything to her… well, she couldn’t just ignore Ferne’s words completely. She had lived to be a gajillion seasons old because she was smart, right? So she must know something about humans that Tix didn’t.
The human’s nose twitched. It closed its eyes and raised its head, its nostrils flaring. It smiled, then set down the leather-bound object and stood up, pushing the lower surface away. The human approached a stone structure in the corner of the area which Tix had missed from being distracted by the human’s weird eye movement.
The human spoke something, then began weaving runes in the air. Magic! The human could do magic! Tix didn’t know humans were magical! A pair of ghostly hands appeared in front of the stone structure, then entered through an entrance on the upper half. They emerged moments later, holding a flat metal surface with several light-brown lumps on top. As they did, the wonderfully sweet aroma washed over Tix stronger than ever. She started to drool. What could possibly smell so good?
Entranced, Tix fluttered closer to the human. The ghostly hands had set down the metal with the lumps on one of the edge surfaces, then disappeared. The human had then turned back around towards the center of the room. Its eyes found Tix, hovering above the middle surface. Both the human and Tix started, the pixie getting shaken out of her sugar-smell stupor. She buzzed higher into the air, carefully watching the human’s hands.
The human shook its head, then gave Tix a bright smile. It sat down on the lower surface again, placing its hands on the middle surface. It said something. Tix still couldn’t speak human, but whatever it said, it sounded calm and welcoming.
Tix, slowly, allowed herself to relax, descending downwards towards the middle surface. She settled down out of arm's reach of the human, eyes peeled for sudden movement. She may have let the human get the jump on her once, but she was a smart pixie. It wouldn’t happen again!
The human clasped its hands together. It said something else, in the same calm tone. Tix tilted her head, trying to recognize some of the words. Ferne had spoken some human words from time to time. Maybe she could recognize some from this human.
The human scratched its head for a moment. Then its eyes brightened. It said something again but in the language of magic. Its words twisted the air, putting its spell into action. The human was… making pictures with its words! Showing her some of the stuff it had in its flat-tree! So cool!
It spoke and the shimmer in the air churned, turning into a simple image of Aico and Tix sleeping together. Then the human nodded, then shook its head, and gave a questioning look.
OK, so… if humans were smart, like faeries were, then most likely… it was asking how Tix and Aico had slept? Tix nodded. She had slept very well on the super-soft magic sleeping surface!
The human smiled again, then spoke once more. Now it was just Aico. The human gave a questioning look.
The look meant it wanted a response from Tix, and it wanted a response about Aico, so… it was asking where Aico was! Tix curled up on the hard surface, pretending to snore loudly.
The human laughed, nodding. Then it created another image. This image, however, moved as the human spoke. It was Tix and Aico, flying. It showed them approaching and entering the flat-tree. Then they exited the flat-tree, but… backwards? They were flying backwards. They kept flying, away and away from the flat-tree, into the distance. The human tilted its head.
Pixies don’t fly backwards when going somewhere. And a creature with faerie smarts would know that. So it wasn’t the two pixies flying backwards… it was them going forwards, but done backwards? Maybe? Tix’s brain started to hurt. Maybe… maybe it wanted to know… where they were from? Maybe?
Tix thought for a moment. Then she shook her head. She couldn’t tell the human about the woods. Ferne had been very specific; never, ever tell outsiders about the forest. Not even other pixies or satyrs or anything. She ESPECIALLY couldn’t tell a human, of all things.
The human nodded. Apparently that was good enough? It started weaving a new image. It was… Tix and Aico, and the container of lump-berry. It was them eating, emptying out the container into their bellies. The human grinned, almost suspiciously, then scooted itself and its sitting surface to the side. It pointed at the amazing-smelling surface behind it. Then it smiled at Tix and tilted its head again.
This one was obvious. Tix nodded enthusiastically, bouncing up and down. Yes, she wanted the sweet-lumps! She wanted them sooo badly!
The human laughed again. Then it stood up and went over to the edge-surface. It grabbed a wooden flat surface, then moved some of the lumps onto the wooden surface. It turned back around and set the wooden surface onto the surface in front of Tix.
The pixie zipped forward excitedly. She hovered over the delicious-smelling food, inspecting it closely. Now that she was closer, they definitely weren’t lumps. They were more like… flat stones. The type that Tix and her friends would skip across the stream while Ferne fed. But they were light brown instead of grey with a kind of orange tint. It was so weird. So curious! Tix had never seen food in this shape or color. But it was undoubtedly food. Her belly was very sure of that much!
Tix glanced back up at the human. It was watching her, a small smile still present on its face. Upon seeing Tix look at it, the human nodded, gesturing at the… food-stones? Sure, food-stones. Anyways, Tix looked back down at the food-stones and swallowed hard. Human food had already proven to be miraculously delicious. How would this strange new treat compare?
Tix landed, kneeling on the wood next to one of the food-stones. The whole thing was about Tix’s height across and rose up halfway to her knees when she was standing. And there were five of these things! And more on the metal surface! So much food! Humans were so generous! So prosperous! Incredible!
Tix reached forward and grabbed the food-stone. But it wasn’t stone-like at all! It was soft, her fingers able to press into the warm food. She tore off a chunk, and the earthy-sweet scent overwhelmed her. She couldn’t resist anymore! She shoved the chunk into her mouth.
…
……..
……………….
Oh. Oh please, mother tree. Help this poor pixie. She’s fallen in love, and with food. Save this poor fae from the delectable trap set by this powerful human’s magic! Otherwise...
Tix shoved her face into the food-stone, ripping off mouthful after mouthful with her teeth. It was still sweet, but unlike the lump-berry, it was… deep. Deep, like how the woods smelled in the season before the snow. It was Tix’s favorite season, and now it was here, contained in a flat bed of food. And the human had given it to her! It had given her so much! So much of her new favorite thing ever! The human was the best! Almost as good as Ferne! The absolute best!
The ravenous pixie tore through the food-stone, soon making a decent crater in the side of it. The outside edge was somewhat soft, but as she ate inwards, the food-stone got even softer! It practically fell apart into Tix’s mouth! What even was this!? Tix had no idea, but she didn’t care! She just wanted to eat it forever and ever!
Tix munched and snarfed and smacked and gobbled her way through the food-stone, shoving every piece of the mystery feast that she could reach into her drooling maw. She felt like a rabid badger, ripping and tearing at her prey. Her delicious, delicious prey…
A twinge of tightness made Tix stop her gluttonous rampage for a moment. Her middle was feeling a bit tight… she glanced down, one hand reaching out to grab another chunk of sweetness. Her belly had swollen so quickly, becoming a food-stone in its own right. It was a round eggshell-colored orb in her lap. The warm food was making her belly warm as well, the small mound of tummy radiating a pleasant heat that soothed her bare legs underneath.
Even if she was already getting full, Tix was nowhere near done. She hadn’t even finished one of the food-stones! One! And the human had given her five! Five whole stones-worth of super-delicious deep-season food! She had so much more to eat, so much more to enjoy!
She started to eat again, scooting closer to the food-stone. It was getting hard to shove her face into the food, her growing belly getting in the way. Well, there was an easy solution to that! Tix leaned forward, letting her legs out from underneath her. She laid onto her engorged belly, letting it prop her head upwards. The pressure inside of her immediately skyrocketed, making Tix squeak. But It didn’t feel bad. No, actually… it felt good… really good…
Tix’s feast began anew, her newfound position allowing her easy access to the food-stone. As she ate, the pressure in her tummy grew more and more, making Tix feel better and better. And the better she felt, the more she wanted to eat. And the more she ate, the better she felt! It was so perfect!
But… it wasn’t perfect. Even as she felt better and better, Tix’s belly was getting tighter and tighter. The food-stone was just too big. It was bigger than she was! Tix had managed to eat a good chunk of it… but so much was left… and her belly was starting to hurt…
Tix took another break, rubbing her belly underneath her. It had grown out to the sides, widening into the space Tix was clearing. She was also slightly higher up than before, the food pushing her up as it was forced into her. Tix’s wings fluttered weakly above her, twitching from the discomfort and pleasure Tix was feeling. But any hope of them lifting her up was long gone. Her belly was heavy with food now, a stone keeping her attached to the ground.
Then again, why would she leave? She still had so much food left!
Through the tickles of pain crossing her tummy from time to time, Tix kept eating. Her bites were becoming labored, each new mouthful becoming harder and harder to chew. Her body was so tired, so full. It wanted Tix to stop. But the food-stone tasted so good… she wanted to eat… just one… more… bite…
Her belly rumbled beneath her. The pressure mounted, rising up her taut tummy until it reached its apex. Then-
BRAAAAAAAAAAAAAP~
Tix laughed gleefully. She’d never burped so loud before! She’d never eaten so much before! Boy, Aico was missing out! The lazy bug would have to beg for her own food-stones once she finally woke up! Because Tix wasn’t done yet! Nowhere near done!
Some of the pressure within her relieved, Tix forced her mouth to chew once more. Still, it’s not like the burp had magically increased how big her tummy could get. She could feel it straining beneath her, struggling between its contents and her weight.
Tix bit her lip. Then she allowed herself to tip over. Her belly had begun to round out anyways, becoming more and more difficult to balance on top of. Now it lay spread out beside her, the massive food ball resting freely. Tix gasped. So much pressure relieved! And that meant more room!
By the time Tix had eaten all of the food-stone that she could reach from where she lay, she was groaning. Her belly was so incredibly tight… Oh sweet mother, she must have eaten an entire pixie’s weight of food… her belly bulged out so much, taller than her when she was lying on her side…
*BUU-OOOOOOORP~*
The pixie couldn’t help but burp again, but it didn’t help. Even the large releases of gas didn’t help her aching tummy, which moaned and groaned relentlessly. Tix was, without a doubt, filled to the absolute max with the deep-season food.
And yet.. her hand idly reached for more food, even as her belly gurgled angrily. Just one more bite… one more bite and she’d be satisfied…
Suddenly, something large was touching Tix. It nudged her onto her back, making her squeal in both pleasure and agony as her dangerously overfilled belly rolled on top of her. The massive orb crushed her chest, making Tix gasp.
Then, the massive object was touching her again, rolling her onto a raised surface. She squealed once more, her tumultuous insides revolting against this sudden movement. Tix looked around, tears, in her eyes. It was the human! It had rolled Tix onto its hand, and was carrying her away! Away from her precious food-stones! How dare it!
Tix cried out in protest, but the human did not return her. Instead, it lifted her off the wooden surface and closer to itself. It looked down at her, amusement twinkling in its eyes. Tix cried out in protest, but the human didn’t respond.
Instead, it picked up one of the food-stones on the surface and brought it up to its own mouth. It took a huge bite, tearing off a massive portion. Tix Stopped complaining, staring in bewilderment at the missing chunk of food. In just one bite… the human had eaten as much as Tix had painstakingly forced into herself…
Tix gave in. She closed her eyes, groaning. As delicious as human food was… it was meant for humans, not pixies… Tix could ever hope to eat a whole human meal… she’d explode before getting even halfway…
Tix was being touched again! Her eyelids whipped open. Sure enough, it was the human again! She was… she was… she was rubbing Tix’s poor swollen tummy… she was using one finger, gently pressing down and around Tix’s big belly… it felt… unbelievable…
Tix crooned, her back arching as her belly wobbled above her. The human laughed far above her. It kept massaging Tix’s tummy, caressing the precious orb of food as gently as it could with its titanic finger.
Tix wrapped her arms around her stone-solid belly, which oozed warmth into her bare limbs. Her belly button was barely out of reach, just slightly too far above her for her fingertips to reach. Her coverings were struggling as much as her arms were straining, her massive tummy fighting the leafy private-blockers for space. If she had gotten much bigger, she may have even ended up ripping her upper covering. That would have been embarrassing in front of the human…
A rush of pleasure shot through Tix’s body as the human’s finger pressed into a particularly taut section of her belly. All thoughts of her coverings vanished from her mind. Right now, there was only Tix and her bird egg-sized belly, and the unbelievably soft touch of the human. And that was all Tix wanted there to be.
