Penny sad that she's lonely due to being much larger than other frog people, so much so that they're afraid of her. She's probably accidentally eaten them a few times and has a bad reputation. (tho before letting them out, she hasn't learned how to digest people into fat at this point). As she sits alone, a rumble could be heard before the rustling of the trees reveals the red face of someone so much taller than Penny. The woman takes notice of Penny and smiles, before Penny smiles back, knowing that she made a friend.
