Fun fact: it took me TWO BLOODY DAYS to get the sparkly shader to look the way I wanted. I got it about 70% right. :^)
And yes, she is totally a sparkledog here. No regrets.

YOU KNOW WHAT, THAT'S NOT A BAD IDEA Except valentine's day is like the worst holiday ever. XD I mean the concept is fine, but it's like the second most consumerized "holiday". But I dunno, I kinda like the idea, so I might do something else with it. And the shader wouldn't've looked even half as good if it weren't for vray's stochastic flakes shader. The whole thing is a relatively simple, yet relatively complex blend of like 4 shaders, two of which are the flakes with different settings for better depth. It's a very slow shader, both to render, and to have constructed it. ._. But totally worth it. Also thanks!

You know that's right up my alley since mud is my thing too.. Wow, something that Tchai has done that I've done first!! The sparkly shader thing is a pain in the butt. The hair looks even more interesting, it looks so much like icing! I tried making one of these shaders once when I was doing a class project. I like the appearance of metallic paint on cars and Jinjing-Yu certainly looks like she has gotten a fancy new paint job. The undertone of blue makes it even more convincing. Tell me <a href="http://www.gamasutra.com/features/20030514/figure_04.jpg" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">this</a> isn't pretty. (ahem, not mine) P.S. The belly button reflection is sooooooooooooo cute!
