I don't like sand

Yeah, that previous pic was an april fools prank. I won't be making single use characters. I might make more quick ones, but definitely not more often than once in a few months, it's still pretty exhausting (and requires a unique enough idea). But as you can see, I will continue making mostly memes.
Just kidding, this was purely coincidental.
Anyway, her name is Pekelo Pele, and she is a native Hawaiian.

P.S. I don't like sand either it would seem! That's why I made two versions. Like it should be there, but I'm not sure if I like how it came out. Bear with me as I improve my skills. C:

2018-04-24 22:38:21 +0000 UTCAdditionally, she's really small, and the sand grains here are roughly 0,3 mm in diameter, so while this sand is rather fine, it can still pretty coarse for her. XD Thanks! Also yeah, don't look at that other thing. XD

2018-04-09 18:54:06 +0000 UTCThe sandless version took about 30 minutes less to render, but that may be due to computer usage circumstances. I rendered both in low thread priority, and worked on stuff while rendering one, but only noodled about on the internet while rendering the other) So I'd say the actual difference would've been maybe 10-20 minutes faster without sand. Or maybe it's 30 minutes, who knows?
