MMA2:V 0.93 beta

This adds in 2 new scenes, one in the war camp, one hidden in the encounters in the last update. Also adds in the companion pred scenes that were missing and a bunch of other improvements/fixes for the previous content. (Changelog on Discord for more deets)

There still seems to be a bug where you can't let Charlotte out after escaping the alien camp. I can eat her as normal, but there's no option to let her out beyond using the toilet and digesting her.
