I think it is interesting the technique huge boobs can be inserted trough tiny holes. It is a current topic in my work. I think this is the best way to put Yeina in this device. Let me know if you have other ideas.
Also this page adds a little of background story in to this little sequence.

2023-08-02 15:56:38 +0000 UTCAlternate insertion idea: Tie her nipples with cords that are threaded through the tiny guillotine holes. Have the cords continue straight forward, connect to a pulley, then lead down to a huge open container like a basket or barrel. Rocks start getting tossed into the container, making Yeina get pulled forward to the guillotine. Her nipples start peeking through the holes, but there's not enough force yet. More rocks get added. Yeina yells in more and more pain, as her boobs start inching through the holes more. Finally, when the container is overflowing with rocks, it's pulling hard enough for Yeina's boobs to pop the rest of the way through. Then, the executioner whips/spanks her over-stretched boobs for a minute, before cutting the cords and making her boobs spring back against the guillotine's opposite site, stuck in the holes.
