Male, Sissy and Trans can all transform freely between each other, and Female, Shemale and Bimbo can all transform freely between each other. Trans and Shemale can transform between each other, "bridging" the gap between the male and female spectrum.

I think I found a bug in the Branch office lobby. During the Early Afternoon, when it says only Julia is in the Medical office, you find Julia talking with Sophie. And in the Afternoon when it says Julia and Ms. Dee are in the Medical office it is only Julia.
