Dev Blog #66 - Final Stretch!

Greetings everyone!

After a week of illness that capped itself off with a severe three-day migraine, I'm finally experiencing what most people would consider being "Pretty Okay"! With that, me and my new Imitrex prescription are ready to rock!

Release Status

Everyone should be happy to know that all the system-level content for Update 6.1 has been complete, and all that's left is adding content. That means writing the new events, conversations, etc. that all the groundwork has been laid for.

This should put us right in the end-of-April release window I'm aiming for but, as always, I'll keep everyone posted if anything changes.

So, what's missing?

Truthfully, not a whole lot. There are still some images to be added, mostly naughty ones, as well as a few random and dynamic events to write... mostly naught ones! At that point, there are a few longstanding bugs that need squashing and a few existing events that need updating to reflect the new content. We are, for all intents and purposes, running downhill for the finish line!

What's Coming in Update 6.1?

Well, for starters, I'll be publicly releasing the complete patch notes prior to the actual update release to give everyone a very clear picture of what to expect! You'll see that posted sometime in the next couple of weeks.

As for the highlights...

• Quality of life UI and story improvements
• Improvements to the flow of John's early events
• Variance to many of Penny's existing scenes to reflect new content
• Entirely new serum route for Penny featuring a total of 14 new serum events
• Fleshed out personal arc for Penny
• Lots of new (and lewd!) content for Penny
• New conversations and events for Penny
• New outfit for Penny based on serum path

It's gonna be a lot of fun, and the patch notes will have a lot more details!
