Some minor updates: more YCH poll's votes for Patrons!

I've made some minor changes on the YCH poll reward. Mostly the amount of votes per patron.
From now on, $5 tier patrons will count with 3 votes to choose among their favourite characters. $10 and higher tier patrons will have 5 votes in total.
Votes can be distributed as you please among characters, with a max of 3 votes to one character.
