Update to Commission Prices/Options

I decided to do that seeing as how the amount of effort and time I was putting into my work didn't feel like it was fully worth the old prices. I didn't alter them too much, just gave myself a little more breathing room with them.
I also removed the 'Marker' option from the list because it wasn't very popular, so I decided to nix it. Still included Sliced option though because even though I haven't really had interest, it's an indulgent option of mine :P
Also updated the 'examples' to current artwork for a more proper look at what I can offer!
Hope you guys give it a peek, let me know what you think of it!
I hope to open commissions and YCHs before the end of January, wish me luck!
