You have to place the tray files in your TRAY folder and the Mods in your Mods folder. Once in game, you have to go to your gallery library and select lots.....to the left side of the screen you have to select "Include CC" and the lot should show up. You can also type in key words in your library after checking that option off like the name of the lot "12228" and it should show up. I hope that helped
